The Board of Directors shall have the power to call before it any Director, Club Official or Player registered to the Club who has been reported for a breach of any of The Club’s policies or Codes of Conduct or it suspects of actions which could be deemed as bringing The Club into disrepute.

The Board of Directors shall also have power to call before it whomsoever it deems can assist it in the matter before it except in the case of persons under 18 years of age where a report from a nominated adult shall be considered as appropriate.

The proceedings at any meeting convened under this Rule shall be treated in the strictest confidence by all present. The Board of Directors shall have the power to take any action it deems appropriate against any person in breach of this Rule.

If the Board of Directors finds one of its Directors, a Club Official or a Player registered to the Club guilty of breaching of any of The Club’s policies or Codes of Conduct or of bringing The Club into disrepute it shall have the power to take what action or levy any penalties or suspensions if feels appropriate and the Board of Directors decision shall be final.
