Pre-season is yet to start officially, but the majority of the squad met at the boss's mansion last week before heading off for a long training run after which they posed for this picture before tucking into a mountain of bacon rolls produced by Nadine Ogier. TICS start their serious build-up to their second season back on Monday 12 July.
Training will be twice a week throughout pre-season and the campaign itself.
