The Ground
KGV Field
The King George V Field is one of the island’s most eminent sports fields.
Athletics players and opponents can look forward to playing on a carpet at the western end of the ground, where the pitch is bigger than any club ground locally.
KGV now has TWO full-time groundsmen in Alan Hamilton and Stuart Le Prevost, and players can look forward to much-improved conditions with the new arrangements.
Supporting the fine pitch, Athletics players will be able to make full and FREE use of the large clubhouse bar.
Plans are afoot to extend the playing area into the area where historically a vinery stood.
Training facilities
The ground has training lights at the eastern end of the ground close to the pavilion.
